Information about domain names in .ht

The .ht top-level domain (TLD) is the official country code extension for Haiti. It is managed by NIC Haïti and is primarily intended for individuals, businesses, and organizations that are located in Haiti or have strong connections to the country.

Choosing a .ht domain helps signal a local presence, which can build trust and credibility with Haitian audiences. It is especially useful for companies wishing to operate within Haiti or to target the local market with relevant services and products.

Additionally, .ht domains are less crowded compared to more popular TLDs like .com, making it easier to find a short and memorable name. The .ht extension can thus provide a unique branding opportunity for local and international entities with Haitian interests.
